	David Castellano, M.D. David Castellano, M.D. is a LASIK Surgeon in Ohio and is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio where he provides LASIK in Columbus for patients seeking LASIK in Ohio. He is the Director of the Refractive Surgery Service at The Ohio State University Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology. Syvertsen Award, the Hitchcock Foundation Research Award and the Norris Cotton Cancer Center Research Award. In addition to his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Castellano is actively involved in the training of ophthalmology residents at The Ohio State University and is the Director of the LASIK Surgery certification course at OSU to instruct eye surgeons in Ohio Blade Free LASIK and All Laser LASIK techniques using Intralase in Ohio. He is currently developing computerized teaching programs to assist in training residents and practicing ophthalmologists. Dr. Castellano's ongoing research includes corneal topography and refractive surgery. Dr. Castellano is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Ohio Ophthalmologic Society, the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. In addition to providing LASIK, Dr. Castellano is an experienced cataract surgeon in Columbus where he performs cataract surgery in Ohio using presbyopia correcting intraocular lens implants (IOL) such as the ReSTOR Lens Implant, to help cataract patients in Ohio eliminate the need for bifocals. 	Amit Tandon, M.D. Amit Tandon, M.D. is a Cataract & LASIK Surgeon in Columbus, Ohio at The Havener Eye Institute-Dublin at OSU Vision Surgery & Laser Center. Dr. Tandon is a native of Columbus and graduated from The Ohio State University Honors Program in 1999. He earned his Medical Degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2003. Dr Tandon was selected as Chief Resident while doing his Ophthalmology residency at Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. Dr Tandon then relocated back to Columbus and now serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University. In addition to seeing his own patients, he spends his time at OSU teaching residents advanced techniques in eye surgery. Dr Tandon is also affiliated with the Veterans Administration Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He is an active member in the American Academy of Ophthalmology along with the Columbus Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Society. He has been an invited speaker at eye conferences both on a local level and a national level, and was featured in Health Magazine. He has been involved in LASIK clinical research including developing protocols for optimizing comfort after LASIK Surgery. Dr Tandon specializes in refractive surgery including LASIK, Custom LASIK, IntraLase LASIK and PRK as well as cataract surgery, including presbyopia correcting intraocular lenses and astigmatic correcting intraocular lenses.
